Thailand Iron Ore Crushing Plant

Iron ore crushing plant is a stepped crushing process: crushing block raw material from about 500mm to fine material about 0-10mm, using primary, secondary and fine three crushing stages. In primary crushing stage normally use jaw crushers, or select gyratory crushers in large-scale enterprise. In secondary crushing and fine crushing, according to the requirements of final products, we can choose standard cone crusher or the short head cone crusher.

The raw iron ore material from the mine is conveyed to the crushing plant. After primary crushing, the material is sent to the secondary crushing plant by conveyor belt. The material is then transported to a third, or tertiary, crushing plant by conveyor belt for further reduction to the desired size.

The crushed iron ore is then screened and sorted according to size. The material that is too large to pass through the screen is returned to the secondary crusher for further reduction, while the material that is the appropriate size is sent to a stockpile. From there, it is transported to a steel mill, where it is processed and converted into steel.
